Why We Need Enzymes
Do you know why we need enzymes? Enzymes may very well be the best thing to ever happen for your health. If you are feeling tired and just can’t seem to get any energy then extra enzymes can help. In fact, there are two different types of enzymes that your body produces. These are the digestive and the systemic enzymes.
Digestive Enzymes
You would digestive enzymes with meals or just before them so that your food will be better digested. The reason why we need enzymes like this is because this ensures that the energy and nutrients will get absorbed into your body properly. Where you get these enzymes naturally is from many different places. For example, your saliva, liver, stomach, pancreas, and your gallbladder all produce enzymes. And what happens often in people is that the digestive process takes enzymes away from other parts of the body. This is why it is so important to really chew well, and why we need enzymes to help when not enough are present. The process of chewing mixes your saliva with your food which then aids the digestive process.
Systemic Enzymes
When you get systemic enzymes they will all have a protein base. These are much like Protease, Papain, and Bromelain. However, you can get these naturally through Lumbrokinase, Nattokinase, Serrapeptidase, and through Venus Fly Trap. These would be taken before you eat or after. Typically it would be one to two hours. However, you should never take it with food.
The way that systemic enzymes work is they break down fibrin as well as help keep down any inflammation. This is perfect for when you are suffering from Lyme Disease as the base for this disease has been proven to hide under a coating of your body’s fibrin which then makes it hard to find.
